Does Not Work?

Im not sure why theres so many 5 Star Ratings. The app simply does not work as intended.

Selecting any of the icons in the Notification Screen does nothing. Hard to rate this any higher than 1 Star if it doesnt work. Ive tried reinstalling the app. No go.
